Reagecon выпускает большой ассортимент стандартных образцов щелочных и переходных металлов для атомно-абсорбционной спектрометрии.
Стандартные образцы Reagecon изготавливаются гравиметрическим методом из высокочистого металла или его соли с содержанием основного вещества не менее 99,9%. Сырье перед производством анализируют титрованием и ИСП-МС. Стандартные образцы для атомной спектроскопии тестируются с помощью аккредитованного метода испытаний ISO17025 (INAB Ref: 264T). Отдельные стандарты используются для контроля или калибровки титрования и ИСП-МС соответственно.
Перед розливом в бутылки конечный продукт тестируется и проверяется с помощью ICP-MS, и сообщается с использованием гравиметрического результата с точностью ± 1%. (Результаты представлены в мг/л по массе). Готовые растворы разливаются в полиэтиленовые флаконы высокой плотности тройного выщелачивания.
Соответствие требованиям GHS/OSHA, REACH
Стандартные образцы Reagecon для атомной спектрометрии производится в строго контролируемой чистой среде (ISO 7) с использованием сверхчистой воды (специально обработанной для производства стандартов масс-спектроскопии). Титриметрия и спектроскопия контролируются и калибруются с использованием отдельных стандартов, поэтому продукт поставляется с двумя уровнями прослеживаемости, включая стандарты NIST, если они доступны. Все погрешности измерения для этого продукта рассчитаны в соответствии с рекомендациями Eurachem/CITAC и представлены как расширенные погрешности при доверительном уровне 95 %.
Reagecon имеет аккредитацию ISO/IEC 17025 для калибровки лабораторных весов (INAB Ref: 265C). Все объемное, титриметрические и гравиметрические функции выполняются в строго регламентированном температурном режиме. Reagecon поддерживает ISO/IEC 17025 для калибровки температуры в диапазоне от -90 °C до 650 °C (INAB Ref: 265C).
